DATA PROTECTION

The processing of personal data on the tarotwist.com website (hereinafter referred to as the site) is carried out in accordance with Regulation (EU) 679/2016 (GDPR).

 

The site is owned by Cu substrate advertising media, email hello@tarotwist.com, which assumes the quality of Personal Data Operator regarding the personal data of the users of the site, data voluntarily disclosed on the site when accessing site services. PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED ON THE SITE.

The personal data we process are: name, surname, age, address, email address, telephone number, bank account details, IP.

We do not collect or process sensitive data, as defined by the GDPR. Data related to your health, mental state, religious or sexual orientation or other sensitive data that you choose to disclose to the Consultant will be communicated between you and the Consultant and will not be published in any form on the platform. We do not use in any way such information that you voluntarily disclose to the Consultant. We also do not want to collect or process data on minors.

PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING.

We request and process personal data for:

  • ensuring the functioning of the site (some cookies)

  • make it possible to create your account and provide services on the site (identification data, contact details - email, phone)

  • ensuring the payment of the amounts related to the services offered on our site (identification data and bank details)

  • fulfillment of fiscal obligations (identification data, account data)

  • sending newsletters, invitations, materials related to our services and information related to the events or programs we organize or promote (if you give your consent)

DATA PROCESSING GROUNDS.

The operator has the right to process personal data for the purposes presented above:

  • because the processing of data is necessary to make possible the creation of the account, the operation of the site and the access to the services offered on the site (conclusion of the contract for the provision of remote services), payment of costs related to the provision of services if necessary

  • because the processing is required to comply with tax legislation

The Consultant who has access to user data is aware of the importance of protecting personal data and the obligations to maintain the confidentiality assumed and undertakes not to make such data available to any unauthorized person.

Also, the payments that are made through our site, strictly for the payment of the services that the Consultant provides, are made in secure conditions, according to the security policies implemented by the providers of this service.

We may pass on the personal data you provide to other partners and collaborators with whom we have established contractual relationships in order to carry out our activities and fulfill our legal obligations, such as IT service providers, accounting services, legal services, marketing services, courier services, internet and mobile services, payment processors who are authorized by us to mediate payments, specialists in the field in which we operate, whom we contract to provide the best quality of our services. The transmission of data to third parties takes place subject to their assumption of the confidentiality clauses we establish.

We may also transmit some of the personal data collected to the competent public authorities or institutions when required by law or to the courts when defending ourselves in court or when required to do so by the court.

The Consultant is committed to ensuring the security of personal data by adopting appropriate technical and organizational measures in accordance with industry standards.

We care about your right to receive clear, transparent, easy-to-understand, and accessible information about how we process your data, including details of your rights in this regard, which are set forth in this document.

The right to rectification. If you find that your personal data that we process is incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, you can rectify it or you can complete it by a simple request for rectification sent to the email address hello@tarotwist.com.

Right to data deletion (“right to be forgotten”) - you may obtain the deletion of data, if the processing of data has not been lawful or in other cases provided by law, Data deletion may take place in any of the following situations:

1. personal data is no longer needed to fulfill any of the purposes for which they were previously processed for.

2. you withdraw your consent on the basis of which we have previously processed you and there is no other legal basis on which we can base future processing.

3. you object to the processing of data when we process data for direct marketing purposes (including profiling for direct marketing purposes).

4. you object to the processing of data based on our legitimate interest and we cannot prove that we have legitimate reasons justifying the processing and prevailing over your interests, rights and freedoms.

5. personal data is processed against the law.

3. in case the Consultant no longer needs the personal data for the purpose of processing, but you request them for us to establish, exercise or defend a right in court or before the arbitration bodies.

4. if you object to the processing, for the period in which it is verified that our legitimate rights prevail over your rights.

Right to opposition - you may object in particular to data processing which is based on our legitimate interest.

Right to data portability - you may, under certain conditions, receive the personal data you have provided to us, in a format that can be read automatically, or you may request that such data be passed on to another operator.

Right to file a complaint - you can file a complaint regarding the processing of personal data with the National Authority for the Supervision of Personal Data Processing.

Right to withdrawal of consent - in cases where the processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time.

Withdrawal of consent will have effect only for the future, the processing carried out prior to the withdrawal remaining valid.

The right not to be subject to additional automated decisions or profiling related to automated decisions: you may request and obtain human intervention in respect of such processing, or you may express your own views on such processing.
